Cleary & Hall specialise in high-end, luxury design and build of furniture and key spaces throughout the home.

Taking inspiration from all over there world, they pride themselves on the quality and uniqueness of their bespoke furnishing solutions.


The company was looking to the next stage in growth and wanted help in developing collateral and a campaign to support this.


Having talked with staff and customers to understand about the brand and the business, it was quickly apparent that Cleary & Hall are stand-out in their approach to design and quality. As well as a workshop full of master craftsmen, cabinet makers and a well thought-out apprentice scheme, their head of design travels the world looking for high end materials which can be incorporated into their products to give that unique and luxury feel.

We wanted to bring the uniqueness to the fore and go beyond the standard approach of a bunch of images and little else. Each project featured has its own commission number and detailed explanation and story behind the approach to the design and build of the piece, unique materials and process. The photography combines both wide and more abstract close up focus points to show the workmanship. Their portfolio is comprehensive covering a range of work from kitchen design through to bedrooms and bespoke furniture. We wanted a simple way to convey the breadth of their expertise whilst showcasing the impressive imagery on any device. A fully responsive website was built on a content management system which would easily enable them to add new projects.

This laid the groundwork for their social media presence, magazine advertising and digital advertising campaigns.

Designing a regional media campaign focused on the key customer areas they wanted to work within was also very useful for understanding how the competition were perceived. We advised and bought space within the appropriate media and produced a series of quirky ads in order to stand out in this very competitive market.

The print campaign was supported with an online search and display campaign – targeted within a 50 mile radius of specific postcodes they selected and used the pay-per-click model to maximise the budget. We setup their social media profiles and built a programme for them to self-manage in-house.


With new enquiries coming through the website, the company is now firmly on the map as a supplier of high-end, bespoke furnishings. Cleary & Hall have since opened a second workshop to cater for growing demand and specialist manufacture.
